The snow changes everything - today I have had 2 reed buntings in my garden - this is very exciting as I have never had one in the garden before. Here are a few terrible pics through the kitchen window:


During a walk round Arlesey lakes we had some nice views of 2 chiffchaffs; here is one:

Also there we had 2 flyover little egrets:

and who can resist a robin in the snow?..

I'll end with something a little less positive...it's too cold for bees: :-(

Thanks for sharing the Reed Bunting..now that would create a mini twitch if one appeared in my garden. No one can resist Robins & this pic would make a superb seasonal card. Well done Dan.
